Weekend away experiencing Ireland Ancient East

Dublin – Wicklow – Kilkenny – Cork

Last weekend, I decided to discover a bit of the Ireland Ancient East in only 2 days as my brother came over to visit me in Ireland. We have rented a car and Wicklow was our first stop. Before we got there we stopped at incredible Powerscourt Waterfall and Lough Tay in the Wicklow National Park. You cannot miss this lake before leaving Ireland, the landscape was one of breathtaking beauty with mountains as far as your eyes can see!

As I was inspired by the spectacular scenery in front of me, I was thinking to myself: “You have to share your feelings about this place”. Because Glendalough should DEFINITELY be in your Bucket List.

So here we go.
